The Future We See

Bridge Plus Group envisions workplaces where strengths are recognized, environments are aligned, and the right fit leads to meaningful, lasting success.

The Bridge We Build

Bridge Plus Group prepares autistic adults and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for meaningful careers — and prepares employers to recognize and keep that talent. Through evidence-based training and strengths-based coaching, we build the fit that makes employment last.

Built on Proven Principles

Our approach is informed by four established frameworks that support communication, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and long-term success.

Social Emotional Learning

Five core competencies — self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Together they form the foundation of how a person navigates work, builds relationships, and grows over a career.

Pivotal Response Treatment

Pivotal Response Treatment was developed at the UCSB Koegel Autism Center and grounded in decades of research — is a naturalistic, strengths-based approach to learning. PRT anchors new skills to a person's existing interests and motivation, which is why those skills transfer to real workplaces and last over time.

Universal Design for Learning

Every activity offers more than one way in. Read it, watch it, talk it through, draw it — Bridge+ participants choose the path that fits how their mind works. Different doesn't mean less rigorous; it means more effective.

PEERS® for Careers

Developed at UCLA, PEERS® for Careers is the only evidence-based social skills program built specifically for the workplace. It informs how we prepare participants for the unwritten rules of workplace relationships, conversations, and feedback.
